As a general rule, we found both by testing and anecdotally that The Blood Type Diet is a great foundation to helping our clients figure out exactly what types of foods to eat and what to avoid for optimal health. Of course, no one diet works for everyone 100% of the time, we found that this approach helps people get a good baseline to get started.
